Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Account Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting clients throughout the full sales and service lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned client accounts with a focus on retention and satisfaction

Conduct cold calls to identify potential opportunities and expand business pipelines

Provide ongoing client support, resolving issues proactively and efficiently

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and sales metrics

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage communications and track activities

Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives

Maintain a high level of professionalism and consistent communication
Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in account management, BPO, sales, or customer service

Strong cold calling, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Previous experience in international or BPO environments is a plus
