We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our remote team based in Bogotá. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales performance through a consultative and strategic approach. Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and grow client accounts by developing strong, long-term relationships

Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential leads to expand business opportunities

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Provide ongoing support and communication to assigned accounts

Handle B2B negotiations and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities

Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for internal tracking

Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts and documentation

Comply with company monitoring policies, including use of Teramind software

Stay updated on industry trends and client market dynamics
Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years in account management, B2B sales, or related field

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Fluent English (C1 level) – written and verbal

Experience working with international clients in wholesale, retail, or manufacturing is a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems

Demonstrated success in cold calling and managing sales pipelines

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
