Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC or construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to maintain project flow.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce health and safety protocols, and resolve on-site challenges.

Chair project meetings, produce progress reports, and provide updates to senior leadership.

Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure materials and services at optimal cost and quality.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and internal quality standards.

Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Use Microsoft Office to prepare documentation, presentations, and schedules.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior project management role within the construction or HVAC industry.

Possession of SMSTS, IOSH, and CSCS certifications – these are mandatory.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of delivering multi-phase projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Project for documentation and scheduling.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
