Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and IT security protocols, including HIPAA standards

  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects to support evolving organizational needs

  • Lead or support project teams, demonstrating effective communication and leadership skills

  • Provide end-user training and technical support to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes

  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, preferably within a healthcare environment

  • Strong skills in business analysis, application design, and systems development lifecycle

  • Proficient understanding of healthcare technology standards and compliance requirements

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven leadership capability

  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
